TEMPLAR PVP HEALER "THE RAID BOSS"
PURPOSE
This is an incredibly strong Templar PVP Healer build for CP and no CP PVP. Not only can you heal your team, but you can pump out as much as or MORE damage than many damage dealer builds, all while being an absolutely monster on the battlefield to take down!

ABILITIES - FRONT BAR
This is a strong heal over time that heals you or up to 3 nearby group members for 10 seconds.
Restoration Staff
Undaunted
This launches a slow moving orb in front of you aoe healing nearby allies and giving them a synergy for additional healing and restoring their resources.

Restoring Light
This places a very large AOE healing ring on the ground that also purges 5 negative affects off of you. It also gives a synergy to allies to purge all negative debuffs on themselves and heal them for additional healing.

This places a rune on the ground which buffs you with Major Resolve increasing Physical and Spell Resistance by 5280. It also gives you 240 magicka per second. Also, standing IN the rune heals you.

This is a powerful channeled AOE heal to nearby allies. It also makes you very tanky buffing you with Major Protection reducing your damage taken by 10% while channeling.

This does a strong aoe burst heal to nearby allies and buffs them with Minor Expedition, increasing movement speed by 15% for 5 seconds.
Aedric Spear
This is your main spammable referred to as "jabs." It is your main source of both single and multi target damage. It heals you for 40% of the damage you cause and snares the closest enemy's movement speed by 40%. This is your main offensive ability.
Restoration Staff
This creates a layer of ice on the ground that deals damage to enemies inside of it reducing their damage done, snares them, and buffs you and any allies standing on the ice with a projectile damage absorption shield.

This is your gap closer as well as stun support. It charges a player, stuns then, and sets them off balance.
Aedric Spear
This is our ultimate. It is very cheap and will be available constantly. It does a big burst of damage to enemies around you, increased damage to enemies in front of you, and place a short damage over time effect on enemies hit.
